10 Students traveled to Socorro, New Mexico for Dr. Maiga's 13th Annual Central New Mexico Karate Championships (USKA) on Saturday February 6, 2010. The tournament was hosted by the Socorro Academy of Martial Arts, Owned and Operated by Dr. Maiga. Complete Martial Arts brought home 22 Trophies & 3 Medals from the event.

Mr. Jeremiah Tjarks Placed 1st in Kata (Forms), 3rd in Kumite (Sparring) and 3rd in Chanbara.
Mr. Robert Munday placed 1st in Kata (Forms), 1st in Kobudo (weapons) and 3rd Kumite (sparring).
Miss. Shiloh Langwell Placed 3rd in Kata (Forms), 3rd in Kumite (Sparring) and 3rd in Chanbara.
Mr. Nick Sanchez Placed 1st in Kumite (Sparring) and 2nd in Chanbara.
Miss. Carmen Tate Placed 2nd in Kata (Forms) and 2nd in (Kumite).
Mr. John Weis placed 2nd in Kumite (Sparring), 3rd in Kata (Forms) and 3rd in Kobudo (Weapons).
Miss. Miranda Sanchez Placed 1st in Kumite (Sparring), 2nd in Kata (Forms) and 2nd in Chanbara.
Miss. Pandora Elswick Placed 3rd in Kumite (Sparring) and 4th in Kata (Forms).
Mr. Tanner Sacchi Placed 3rd in Kumite (Sparring).
Sensei Chris Weis placed 3rd in Kumite (Sparring).
