January:
On January 21, 2012 - 4 Students traveled to Belen, New Mexico for the USKA 2nd Annual Belen Academy of Martial Arts Karate Open.

The tournament was hosted by Loretta Holbrook, Belen Academy of Martial Arts. Complete Martial Arts brought home 7 Trophies from the event.

Mr. John Weis placed 1st in Kumite (sparing), 2nd in Kata (forms), 2nd in Kobudo (weapons) and 3rd in Sport Kenjutsu (chanbara).
Mrs. Jennifer Seeliger placed 1st in Kata (forms).
Miss. Carmen Tate placed 3rd in Kumite (sparing).
Mr. Lars Wagner placed 3rd in Kata (forms).
Congratulations go out to all of them, "They did the school Proud".
